This is a U.S. Military wool Ike Jacket; it was developed for the U.S. Army during the late stages of World War 2. Then became standard issue for U.S. troops in November 1944. This jacket is most likely a Korean War M1950 Ike uniform jacket with a U.S. Army Corporal Stripes patches on each shoulder. While on the left shoulder above the corporal patch is a Anti-Aircraft Command Patch.
